Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated:
Create responsibly. Use only material you have the right to use, respect the people depicted, and do not use our tools to harm or deceive others.
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to inputs, generated results and how you use or share them. Products may impose additional restrictions. This policy does not announce the availability of a product or paid service.
1. Prohibited content and conduct
Sexual or NSFW content
Do not create, upload or distribute pornography, explicit sexual content, sexualized nudity, fetish content or sexual services. Undressing tools and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited, including synthetic or edited imagery.
Violence and gore
Do not depict graphic injury, torture or animal abuse, glorify violence or terrorism, threaten people, or provide material intended to facilitate serious harm.
Hate and targeted abuse
Do not promote hatred, dehumanization, discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics. Targeted harassment, bullying, intimidation and disclosure of private personal information are prohibited.
Child safety
Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation or sexualization of anyone under 18, grooming and any attempt to generate such material are strictly prohibited. This includes fictional, altered and AI-generated depictions. Do not upload a minor's image to an AI identity or portrait effect.
Deepfakes, impersonation and deception
Do not use a person's identity without permission, impersonate someone, fabricate an endorsement, or present a synthetic performance as a real event. Do not create false sexual, intimate, criminal, political or otherwise harmful depictions of a real person. Celebrity and public-figure images are not permitted in our AI identity effects. Clearly identify AI-generated or altered media when sharing it; never remove a disclosure to mislead viewers.
Copyright, trademarks and other rights
Do not use protected footage, music, photographs, logos or other material without the necessary rights. Do not infringe privacy, publicity or trademark rights, misrepresent ownership, or remove a watermark to conceal someone else's ownership. Access to an editing tool does not grant rights in its input or output.
Illegal activity, fraud, malware, attempts to bypass content screening or access controls, and interference with other users or the service are also prohibited.
2. People and permissions
You must be at least 18 to use cloud AI generation. If a product accepts a person's photo, you must be that person or have their permission for the requested processing and intended use. Every person in the submitted photo must be at least 18 and must not be a celebrity or public figure.
These are necessary declarations, not permission to perform any particular transformation. Consent is not an exception to restrictions on deepfakes or replacement of one real person's identity or face with another real person's. A feature appearing on a website does not establish approval by a payment or AI provider.
Where a product asks you to confirm these conditions, you must make that confirmation yourself before generating. A confirmation does not authorize prohibited content, transfer another person's rights, or guarantee that a request or product will pass review. Do not submit another person's private or sensitive information.
3. Screening and review
Cloud AI features, when enabled, are subject to content screening and may require further review before a request proceeds or a result is made available. A blocked, pending or unavailable safety check is not permission to bypass it. Automated checks can make mistakes, so a result that passes screening must still be used in accordance with this policy.
Our current local video tools process selected videos on your device. We do not inspect those files merely because you use the local tools or sign in. Their local operation does not exempt their use from this policy. See our Privacy Policy for the distinction between local processing, account records and any separately disclosed cloud features.
We may examine reports and relevant service records to investigate misuse, and retain necessary review and enforcement records for security, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. Do not attempt to disguise prohibited requests or evade a restriction with another account.
4. Enforcement
Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, we may reject a request, withhold or remove hosted content, issue a warning, restrict a feature, or suspend or terminate access. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate suspension. We may preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with competent authorities where legally required.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain a restriction and provide an opportunity to appeal. Enforcement does not override mandatory consumer rights; payment and refund questions remain subject to our terms and applicable law.
5. Report a concern or appeal a decision
Email support@onehuballai.com to report prohibited content, misuse of your identity, or infringement, or to appeal a restriction. Include the relevant product, page URL or job reference, a short explanation, and a way to contact you. For an appeal, include the reason you believe the decision was mistaken.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, sign-in links or copies of illegal imagery. For suspected child abuse material, provide a location or reference rather than forwarding the material. We review reports and may request the minimum additional information needed to verify a claim and take appropriate action.
We may update this policy as our services and risks change. The date above identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated where required.
